As the sole service provider, I’ve created a private, relaxing environment where each appointment gets my full attention and care. Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, appointments at Lash Angel are reserved exclusively for you. Because appointment times are limited and last-minute cancellations directly impact the business, the following policy is strictly enforced:
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service cost.
Rebooking Requirements
The cancellation fee must be paid in full before any future appointments may be scheduled.
